I joined the mentorship program while already working in the industry, but I wanted to grow. The most valuable thing for me here is the insider knowledge. The guys know the ins and outs of the industry and share tips you can’t find anywhere else. While working on the rangefinder, I not only improved my skills but also built useful connections. Maxim and I still keep in touch, discussing the latest software updates and work-related issues. It feels more like a partnership than a class.
